About Us

We want you to love your purchase but we only accept returns on defective items.  We do not accept exchange orders.  

No return or refund on custom orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have received a defective item please send an email to

support@motorcityfire.com and we will contact you directly regarding your order.  It will be determined once we have reviewed your request if there is damage that can be returned.  Please DO NOT return any items without a Return Authorization Code because mail will not be accepted and it will be returned to you.  To be considered for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your items.  If there is sufficient damage to accept your return we will not refund the item we will issue an exchange for the same item or similar if original item is no longer available.
